Are Sanu Care products safe for my baby's sensitive skin?
Every Sanu Care product is dermatologically tested (Derma Test Certificate No. D01-6Q26-4L-MY26) and made without harsh chemicals, with ingredients chosen for delicate skin. Every baby is different, so we recommend a patch test before first use, and stopping use and consulting a doctor if any irritation or rash appears.
How do I do a patch test?
Apply a small amount of the product to a small patch of your baby's skin, such as the inner arm, and wait 24 hours. If there is no redness, rash or irritation, you can use the product as directed on the label.
From what age can I use Sanu Care products?
Our range is formulated for babies' delicate skin. For newborns, premature babies, or babies with a known skin condition, please check with your paediatrician before starting any new product. For sunscreen, doctors generally advise keeping babies under 6 months out of direct sun, so ask your doctor before using sunscreen on very young infants.
Is the Baby Tummy Roll-On a medicine?
The Baby Tummy Roll-On is an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine for external use only. It contains traditional herbs such as hing (asafoetida), ajwain, fennel, dill, ginger and peppermint. Apply it gently around the navel and lower abdomen with a clockwise massage, as directed on the label. If your baby has persistent crying, fever, vomiting or tummy pain, please see a doctor.
What if a product gets into my baby's eyes?
Rinse thoroughly with clean water. If irritation continues, consult a doctor. All our products are for external use only and should be kept out of reach of children.

Where are Sanu Care products made?
Sanu Care products are manufactured in India by Lab For Youth Pvt. Ltd. (Panchkula, Haryana) and marketed in Nepal by Omkara Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Tilottama-3, Rupandehi.
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the container tightly closed after use.
What is the shelf life?
Our washes and creams are best before 24 months from the date of manufacture, and the Baby Tummy Roll-On is best before 36 months. The batch number and manufacturing date are printed on every pack.
How can I make sure my product is genuine?
Every genuine pack carries a batch number, manufacturing date, M.R.P. in NPR and our Derma Test Certificate number. Buy from trusted stores, and if you are ever unsure, message us your batch number on WhatsApp and we will help.
Does the M.R.P. include taxes?
Yes. The M.R.P. printed on the pack and shown on this website is inclusive of all taxes.
